1. Summary
- Try VibeCut first: the free trial needs no payment card.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or you were charged by mistake.
- Paddle, our merchant of record, processes every purchase and every refund.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or confirmation email, at paddle.net, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then you keep full access to your plan, and after it you are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself give a refund for the current period.
3. What we do not refund
Except as described in sections 4 and 5, or where the law requires otherwise, we do not give refunds or credits for:
- the rest of a monthly or yearly billing period after you cancel, or a period you did not use;
- unused managed minutes or other unused allowance;
- editing machines you did not use;
- a paid AI request that succeeded, including one whose result was later lost on your computer.
We may still choose to give a refund in a particular case, at our discretion. Doing so once does not oblige us to do it again.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. In particular:
- EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK. Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase and receive a full refund, as described in Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. This right is lost once you start using the paid plan within those 14 days after you agreed, at checkout, to access starting immediately.
- Israel. Consumers keep their rights under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including the right to cancel a distance transaction where that law gives it.
- Everywhere. If VibeCut is not as described or does not work as it should, you keep the remedies your local law provides.
5. Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice for the same thing, charged after cancelling in time, or charged an amount you did not agree to, tell us or Paddle and the mistaken charge will be refunded in full.
6. How to ask for a refund
Look up your order at paddle.net or use the link in your receipt email to contact Paddle, or email us at ofeklevy.social@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider. When a refund is given for a subscription, access to the paid plan for that period ends.
7. Changes to this policy
We will publish any update on this page with a new “Last updated” date. A change does not reduce the rights you had for a purchase already made.
